- Acceptance and Eligibility
Psychotherapy sessions are available to adults, couples, families, and children who agree to these Terms and Conditions. By attending a session, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms. - Confidentiality
The psychotherapist ensures absolute confidentiality, safeguarding all information obtained during the therapy process. Professional integrity, respect, and sensitivity to the patient’s worldview are foundational principles. - Purpose of Therapy
The primary goal of psychotherapy is to enhance the quality of life for patients, helping them navigate personal challenges and achieve greater well-being. - Initial Consultations
Therapy begins with 1–3 consultations, during which the therapist and patient collaboratively establish the therapy’s goals, frequency, estimated duration, and any additional relevant details. - Session Duration and Fees
Individual sessions and consultations last 45–50 minutes, while family sessions last 80 minutes and couples sessions last 60 minutes. Fees are based on the current price list and must be paid on the day of the session. - Late Arrivals
If a patient arrives late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments. - Cancellations
Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the session without charge. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged in full at the next session. - Sessions with Minors
Therapy for minors requires prior consultation with their parents or legal guardians. Written consent from a parent or guardian must be provided before sessions can commence.
